Toggled tab style buttons #151

I would like toggle buttons (e.g. sidebar buttons) to be styled like selected 
tabs when enabled. They currently highlight properly, but look the same when 
toggled.

Partially related, All-in-One Sidebar buttons are not skinned by Stratiform and 
do not size properly when tab style is applied to them, can this be added?
