Add obsidian adornments & update README. #20

A small addition of obsidian (gemObsidian) to adornments. Please adjust stat modifiers as necessary for balance.

Also, the Trello link in the README is dead, so I replaced it with Discord & Curseforge links. And got a little carried away with the mod description. Feel free to pare it down.
