Add an exceptions list to prevent removing Spartan Weaponry recipes.

I added a list in the config file to have exceptions to recipe removal. By default this prevents the mod from removing the weapon recipes from Spartan Weaponry mod. However you can add any other mod name or item if you want to keep it's recipe.
