With the latest version of 1.12.2 Forge, the bottle texture is broken. I've tried loading Rustic by itself without any resourcepacks on and a new config and it's still broken. Loading with the recommended Forge version fixed this but I can't downgrade my forge version since some of the mods I'm using require the latest version. Here's a screenshot of the broken texture.
