bump caddy version to v2.6.4 #6

Thank you and apologies for a late response.

Since new Caddy version has been released since this issue was opened, I bumped the Caddy version to 2.7.5 and released v0.3.0: https://github.com/caddy-dns/acmedns/releases/tag/v0.3.0
