Could you make it so that we have the option to create new A or CNAME records on cloudflare automatically when defining a block? E.g. adding a new subdomain record to our domain automatically if it is defined in caddy and already gets a certificate from letsencrypt.

You mean like the dynamic DNS plugin (that works for any providers)? https://caddyserver.com/docs/modules/dynamic_dns
