chore: Update libdns/duckdns version #3

Think I missed this part yesterday -- Go's picky about the specific commit hash referenced, and won't pull in the latest change unless it's updated in go.mod.

This was basically a go get -u github.com/libdns/duckdns and removing some cruft.

Ah right, I think you generally run go mod tidy, if you didn't do that.

Gotcha. Just ran that and it no-op'd, so my hand-clean seems to have done the same thing hah.
