where the "binaries" at? #91

Binaries are at https://caddyserver.com/download Don't forget to add http.forwardproxy plugin.

Nope can not be found.

This plugin does not yet support Caddy 2, there's a PR that it needs to be built from. https://github.com/caddyserver/forwardproxy/pull/74
