I've just browsed the repo and I saw no MySQL or MariaDB support.
Could you enhance the examples to have them for existing projects with already defined entities annotated with standard JPA annotations. It will be better to see if you can go hibernate+siesta in the same project to have a chance in migrating.
Also what are the differences from jooq besides the pricing?
