Performed some bug fixes that I found
Implemented bug forms (so you can add more detail to it)
Added in the notifications for the database
Boot files now can be installed automatically when there is an update to it.
Some files split up in seperate files (errorhandler & notifications) to make it easier to understand.
Basically: updated to work with newest Website version.
