Finalize release guide #306

The conda-forge section of the release guide is currently filled with a place-holder. This should be finalized once v5 was released on conda forge.

Add Update of .zenodo.json file. In the next Releases we should provide a .zenodo.json to control metadata that is pulled by Zenodo from Git to avoid double author names and missing Affiliations.
