Split Systemsolver into System and Solver

System Class:

• Checks that all UO in the System using same connecting DOFs
• Connects the Residual functions

Solver Class:

• Solving the System
• IDAS

• update_system_connectivity calls for
  • compute connectivity matrix
  • set_rates
  • couple unit operations
• set_rates
  • abstract method to calculate rates between uo
  • eg. flow rates in a flow rate system
  • maybe pressures in a pressure system
• couple_unit_operations
  • couples the unit operation based on connectivity
  • unit operation knows what should be their coupling state
