Make the framework for the report generation and textual node #135

This is tied with #52 and #53. This is so that the framework is there so that people can suggest what kinds of features they would like to see from report generation/ textual nodes.

Give textual nodes the ability to set a title to describe what it is showing, and a bigger text box for more in-depth comments. This will be in one context block like the options menu. Also, it may be nice to comment on the Describe edges too.

So for commands, a textual should have are import neighbors, toggle selection for connecting to new nodes, Inspect, remove/ neighbors and edit title/discussion.

Have the ability to export and import textual nodes
