`getf` doesn't work for guests #145

We need to implement getf for guests -- currently it looks up the file descriptor table to get a file_t, however that won't work for a guest.

This doesn't even work in upstream, so it's likely that nobody is using it. If this issue ever resurfaces it can be re-opened, but it's not worth implementing for now.
