[Feature request]: Add a specific folder path/bookmark id to whitelist/blacklist from the scan. #237

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a folder in my bookmarks that is holding dead sites, I want it not to be scanned because all links there are dead anyways.

Describe the solution you'd like Don't know, just an option in the settings to skip that particular folder, to me it's gonna be hard to implement the UI to find that folder, especially if the user has a tons of bookmarked folders. You see if you can easily implement it or not. Also that's why I said a setting using directly bookmark id would be easier to implement.

+1 being able to tell BO to ignore some folders or only scan within some folders would be great (i have 100k+ bookmarks but often only need to scan max 50% of them (the rest i either dont care or at least not at thoose moments)
