add translation namespaces to app #141

This adds all the translation documents to be required before rendering.

We can then avoid seeing a flash of

call-to-action

before seeing Taka thatt

I'll put it on test.samromur.is as soon as Ragnar has tested the captini stuff there.

does not seem to slow things down much during my small tests.
