This implements the herma worksflow allowing contributers to listen to polly sentences and then repeat them.

The workflow for herma is

Go to home page
Click 'Taka þátt'
Click 'Herma eftir setningu'
Fill in your demographics and contribution size
Now is the main part of the contribution
The user have to first listen to the clip (green play button to the left) and then record their own repetition of the sentence
Repeat this process until the contribution size has been fulfilled, then click send in to complete the workflow.

Main part part is on the /herma page for contribution. But we have also added upload options for logged in administrators who can now

upload votes (will now be added as marosijo user)
upload repeat clips for herma workflow
