In some cases, attempting to use wirecutters on some deployed cable will not remove the cable from the turf, but will still yield a piece of cable that can be picked up. This can be repeated to yield a limitless supply of cable. This can occur on both cable deployed by a player and the deployed cable that starts from map generation.

Server Revision: 4600

TG-Sibyl2

Steps to reproduce the problem: 1)Find, or lay down some cable 2)Use wirecutters on it 3)Observe that the cable hasn't been removed from the turf, but still generates a piece of coil to pick up.

I do not know if the colour of the cable or any power load will affect the issue.

From elly1...@rocketmail.com on September 06, 2012 02:05:56 Runtimes in the cut_cable() proc were preventing the proc completing...so the laid cable never got removed (and the powernets were not remade correctly)

Totally my fault. sorry :(
