Supply shuttle console menu missing entries and costs. #59

Take a look at the supply shuttle console and go to order. You will see several entries without costs and some with no names. Happened after I alphabetized them in the defines/obj/supplypacks.dm . The engine parts seem to all want to clump together and ignore their placement in the define.
