Can use PDAs from your pocket and while stunned/paralyzed

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open PDA window 2.Put PDA in pocket 3.Continue to use even if stunned or paralyzed. This allows scientists to set off bombs.

What is the expected result? What do you see instead? They should be unable to use their PDA while it is n their pocket, or at the very least unable while tased or parastung.

Result: Kor was gibbed and in the explosion, I had used the pda while parastung.. HG reborn Kor and gave her all shit. HG said it was a bug and not a feature. Also, the pda wasn't in my pocket. It was in my pda slot.

Actually you could probably even spawn syndie soap after going down to try to trip up would be attackers.

If we want people to be able to set off suicide bombs in defense lets just fix the suicide vest instead of keeping a bug in the game.
