Included prelude to automate taglibs includes and avoid repetition inside the code, since we are using Sitemesh;
Added head tag to the Sitemesh have where to get the title and not always be the default title;
Changed visibility of some constructors for more encapsulated as far as possible;
Specified the SuppressWarnings like Clean Code technical;
Captured the class type directly in the constructor to be used in all class;
Changed the DTD to XHTML.
