adapt scaffold css and html to works with reset.css created by wbotelhos in this commit https://github.com/caelum/vraptor-scaffold/commit/b1f77aa0e3945e4cfe16d86d28017c3ae84c5190

reset.css is not mandatory because now a days we can use another way to do that using normalize.css for example, so closing....
