better index.jsp #34

change index.jsp and put some useful information about the frameworks we are using and their versions.

even better. do this is a /_environment. this way we can keep this URI while in dev mode

@guilhermesilveira but the dev can update or remove some dependencies. How keep it up to date? I was thinking in a static html file. I did a template take a look. https://github.com/caelum/vraptor-scaffold/blob/master/index.sample.html
