Added hot deploy in ant script.

great job! Could you update the hsqlb dep to 2.2.4 in this file https://github.com/caelum/vraptor-scaffold/blob/master/lib/vraptor-scaffold/generators/app/dependency_manager.rb? So it will fix the maven and gradle hot deploy on hsqldb.
