If the vessel under Bon Voyage is sent directly to the crash site waypoint a collision will occur destroying a large part of the rescue vessel.

the Crash Site waypoint needs to be offset 200 meters from the the Wreck's spawn location.

Issue also causes issue in Coast Guard rescue ships at sea missions
