KSRTLA-CG-ShipRescue mission fails on acceptance. Trait of Observer is incorrect. #26

If two contracts are for the same port then a null exception cancelling one of the contracts occurs ads two kerbals spawn in the same location.

Need to spawn by random offset from the VIK waypoint.

Issue is not: Spawned Kerbals at Same port cause Null Exception Real issue is the KSRTLA-CG-ShipRescue mission the trait of the CGO Observer is incorrectly defined which causes the exception and fails the mission.
