Black Box in stock inventory cannot be used in EVA Construction mode

• Black box can be moved from Inventory to inventory,
• In EVA construction mode Black box cannot be moved from inventory to attach to rescue vessel

Testing in Dev environment this works fine. Puzzling

Works in prod environment with updated craft files for Wrecks

Issue is EVA Construction not being in "placement" mode by default. It sometimes drifts into rotate mode during game play which prevents attachment until placement mode is selected. It's a "user" gameplay error. D'oh!
