works, but requires an additional exec statement to start rstudio #2

@caesarnine fantastic work.

my goal here was to include rstudio-server running alongside vscode and jupyterlab (my new team supports all three).

if you had any idea why i have to include an additional docker exec -it env rstudio-server start

i tried adding the command to the entrypoint.sh script to no avail.

I MISS YOU.

(don't actually merge this, it starts from a completely different source). just wanted to tag you and see if you know what was wrong in 10 seconds or less.
