Light Perception detection mode range has no effect #83

Reproduction steps:

  1. Create Token with 0 Vision Range.
  2. Set Light Perception detection mode range to 0.
  3. Observe that tokens within light sources remain visible.

It looks like Alternative Token Visibility still makes the assumption in V12 that Basic Sight (now labeled Darkvision) is darkvision + infinite light perception.
