Prerequisite to #27

The user should be able to navigate to a settings page to modify various user-specific settings:
Location Options
- Choose the Location to Place a Pin
- Use my location to place the pin (can this be a modifiable "x" number of feet?)
~Timezone?~ timezone will be taken care of in #40
