Investigate Pin reporting solutions

• What are the different situations that a pin may be reported under?
  • For example:
    • A pin's attached image doesn't match it's label
    • The actual thing going on at the location doesn't match the pins label
    • The location is not accurate enough
• What are the implications of a pin getting reported?
  • For example:
    • Scoring system?
    • Warn users of reported pins?
    • Give users reporting a chance to remediate the issue? i.e. take a new picture or fix the location.
