Use a buffer to speed up printing #27

The current behavior flushes at every new line, which can be quite slow especially when using the list or tree mode.

Switch to a manual flush if possible.

Maybe a flamegraph would be smarter to determine the bottlenecks in xlsd, as it is just an intuition.
