Make the columns in -l mode more flexible #3

Currently the column count and column content is hardcoded. This should be more modular, allowing to register a function to generate the contents of a column

My current vision of how this should work is the following:

A decorator, that registers a function to be a column. That decorator will have an argument to tell xlsd how this column should be aligned
An environment variable (XLSD_LIST_COLUMNS ?) that list the columns to display, using the "column names" that were registered.
