Urls

[x] Urls can be passed as arguments video-manager get url1 url2 url3
[x] Urls can be passed from a file video-manager get -f/--file ./path/to/file.txt
[x] Urls can be passed either way, or a combination of both

Strategy

[x] Synchronous execution
[x] Concurrent execution
[x] Strategy can be adjusted with -s/--strategy option

Behavior

[x] max concurrency option video-manager get -m/--max-concurrency 3
[x] max concurrency is unlimited with 0

Download location

[x] Download directory can be chosen as an option video-manager get -w/--dir ./Videos/download/here
[x] Read and write permissions are checked
[x] Directory existing is checked
