Goal

To list out the videos in the direcotry

Options

[x] -a/--alow to do an Allow-Only filter
[x] -e/--exclude to be an Exclude-Only filter
[x] -n/--count to limit the number of filenames returned

More

[x] allow and exclude should be mutually exclusive
