feat: add support for cgit #23

I've not investigated this much, just thought it would be interesting.

Seems one thing with cgit is tarballs for refs may be disabled as a option.

I wonder why nix accepts only tarball flakerefs in the link header. If that restriction was lifted, rime could even support bare git repos
