Fails when bucket is in us-east-1 #42

You get a "The specified location-constraint is not valid" Will try to get a pull request that fixes it

@eranation did you ever resolve this issue? i managed to get it to use us-east-1 region correctly but i hit some issues running in a non-empty region with conflicting arns
