PDF417 barcode encoding issue #98

1. Open the attached file in chromium.
2. In text field, type "12345678901234567890"
3. Click on "Generate Barcode" button.
4. Scan the generated PDF417 barcode using a barcode app, or verify the barcode 
using online barcode decoder.

The decoding text is wrong
