Summary of changes

[x] init TypeScript in the project with
- tsconfig.json
- index.ts
[x] Convert main story files to typescript
- Story.tsx
- StoryListItem.tsx
- StoryCircleListView.tsx
- StoryCirclieListItem.tsx
[x] add src/interfaces/index.ts file with all prop types and interfaces
[x] convert helpers to typescript and add barrel export file
