Update with Tailwind CSS #1

The team at WindiCSS is sunsetting the project. Maybe consider Tailwind CSS. More people use that now.

Thanks for your suggestion about transitioning from WindiCSS to Tailwind CSS. I've considered this shift before, but currently, time constraints are a major hurdle for me. Additionally, I plan to revise the project at an opportune moment and build it on Next.js 14, which is another significant update in the pipeline.
