[REQ] add step count reported from Kingsmith R1 to workout from Apple Fitness and to Apple Health app #1463

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My Kingsmith R1 walking pad has its own precise distance and step counter. Via kingsmith app, it reports distance and step count to apple health, but unfortunately not as a workout in Apple Fitness. That's why I hoped the QZ app could do so. The QZ app, according to @cagnulein, writes the distance reported by the treadmill to the workout, but unfortunately not the steps reported by the treadmill to the workout

Describe the solution you'd like Record both the distance and step count delivered from the Kingsmith Treadmill to the workout as part of apple Fitness app and Apple health. For stepcount, see e.g. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/healthkit/hkquantitytypeidentifier/1615548-stepcount
