Impossible to connect to treadmill BH S7Ti #1800

Describe the bug Nothing happen with the app. and the treadmill, I see that the app see my treadmill as it is written : Br-255 found. Reading te Qz user guide, I see that

_Ok I am checking for more :o)

I'm trying further to connect the treadmill. Last time I tought that I was connected but I think the app just saw my treadmill..

But when I connect with your app, nothing happen. even try to manually force connect in advance search, choose my treadmill, close the app and reopen, but nothing happen

If I open zwift, I cant see the qz neither to connect to

help ! :o) tony_

find the issue, your bike has a slightly different name; good news! I can add it! Could you just please send me a nrfconnect screenshot about it? nrfconnect is a free app on the store let me know!

There is nothing the app can see, as it is a non BLE treadmill.. I will search for an app that can see those, or maybe you know wich one I can use?

@solypaz log checked. i guess this treadmill has a slighty different protocol from the one that I implemented. Could you please do the following:

  1. connect qz to the treadmill
  2. change the speed FROM THE TREADMILL , to 2 km/h wait 5 seconds, to 3 km/h and so on
  3. do the same with inclination
  4. attach here the debug log even if you don't see the tiles changing

And I also pushed the fan button before pushing stop on the treadmill :)

There is also the app that still ask me to sign to patreon, wich I did yesterday night. Maybe due to the special app that you made for me?

log checked, could you please enable the toorx_65s_evo setting in QZ and restart it. Also after pressing start on qz, wait some seconds before changing the speed with plus and minus button on qz Let me know

I have an email entered in the settings but it is not te same as patreon @hotmail is my app and junk mail (which I signed to patreon) @gmail is my real mail (the one I want the stats and charts..)

I have to change my patreon email? or is there another place to enter my patreon email I didn't see?

@solypaz for now use the hotmail one in QZ, then write me on patreon your real gmail so I will add it as well.

Nothing happen

This one I made it with the toorx_65s_evo setting on debug-Wed_Nov_22_09_06_03_2023.log

and this one I made it with the toorx_65s_evo setting onand I unchecked the pafers option debug-Wed_Nov_22_09_09_30_2023.log

ok so it means it has a different protocol. could you please use this method https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift/blob/master/docs/20_supported_devices_and_applications.md#android-device with an app that already works with your treadmill?

Kinomap is the only app I found working with the treadmill.

First I incremented incline from the app (4x1% ) then incremented incline from the treadmill +-4x1% Then +1km, +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 ( all from the treadmill because Kinomap refuses to set the speed) Then the Kinomap set itself to 0% incline because of the training program loaded. Then Fan Then 6 mile/hour button Then 8% incline button Then Stop

on a previous try app button+ speed, nothing happen, and when I push +incline, treadmill stop.

with one? did you pair in the heart rate belt setting?

-the app crashed a few times here are few logs if you want to use them

nope for now, let's fix the metrics first ;)

I paired in the hr setting my strap,

but last times, when the app open and look for bluetooth connections, it saw my polar strap, the treadmill and the watch, but this time didn't see the watch..

anyway it is to give you some points I see from here :)

I've tried something this week-end. I've try an app that worked on my phone that I forgot I had. It is Treadmill Workout de RFIT http://www.rfit.xyz/ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xyz.rfit.fitness.workout.pafers.pro&hl=en_US

I've recorded the report

Everything work well when I play the workout The difference with your app is that it ask me to push start on the treadmill to make the workout start.

(I give you the zip as I have an 0x80070057 error code when extracting.. Maybe you will have the files you want anyway..

no it doesn't seem to work. The only way I can start the aerobic workout, and the treadmill is pushing pause, then start...

@solypaz i checked it again but the logs are matching. I'm wondering if you are waiting more or less 20 seconds from when you see the tiles in qz and then when you're changing the speed on the treadmill, because qz is doing the init phase for your treadmill

so you should do

are you doing this? if not could you please do and send me a debug log in this scenario?

Sorry for all the questions but it's very hard to debug this from the other side of the world :)

i don't see a connection in this log. are you is the right one? so it crashes after 20 seconds since the first day?

So I tried to be more realistic by sending you a video, not a good quality but better than nothing (My camera on my laptop)

it does the same thing than this morning and you will probably see the same thing on the report.. debug-Tue_Nov_28_23_31_34_2023.log

I had more shutdowns since the last version of your app that you made me download.

Here is the second try with pafers treadmill off same same debug-Tue_Nov_28_23_56_38_2023.log

*cannot give you the video as it is too heavy but it is exactly the same as the first one, app crashed when it takes control of the treadmill.

in these 2 log there is a crash right after the connection, since i didn't change nothing there, I don't understand. Is it a beaviour of this one only? or also the previous ones were doing the same?

I remember I already saw this behaviour on another deiveice, let me check it.

  • tried to increase/decrease speed with app - nothing happen
  • increase speed and incline with treadmill, everything ok
  • tried to increase/decrease speed on app - nothing happen

  • increase incline on app, then treadmill stopped
  • pushed stop on app
