[REQ] Auto-resistance feature when connected using ANT+

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Virtupro is a Windows-only (for the time being) app that uses only Ant+ to connect. QZ was able to connect power source and cadence. Power trainer and heart sensor did not. I was able to do a test ride and the auto-resistance feature doesn't work [not implemented by @cagnulein for ant+]

Describe the solution you'd like Implement, if possible, the auto-resistance feature to Ant+ connections.
