[REQ] Training programme import support for different units #2056

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For treadmill training imports the requirement is to specify speed, inclination and duration. But the units are in kmh for speed, which pretty much noone uses for running (at least in the UK and USA) where running pace is discussed and referred to in terms of minutes per mile or minutes per km.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow units to be specified in the speed setting. E.g. "16k" or "10m" or "6:00mm" or "10:00mk"

Describe alternatives you've considered None really
