[REQ] “Link COROS Account” #2184

If it can be done, just how there’s an option to link Strava account to QZ, would be neat to be able and link COROS. There’s not many platforms including Zwift, to where I can also let COROS know what I’m doing other than running with detailed stats.

can't you sync coros with strava via any external app already?

My Strava and COROS is linked but I can only upload activities from COROS to Strava, not vise versa so anything that Zwift that uploads to Strava, it won’t go from Strava to my COROS app. I did however take the .fit from Zwift and was able to manually upload it to COROS (and wow the metrics/data that I should’ve known would be amazing) but that would take some time to repeat after every activity. Unless there’s another way you might know of that already exists, no biggie just a QOL thought!

are you on iOS? you can use the rungap app for this. Is the COROS API open? Let me know

Looking further into their API, I believe they’d have to be reached out to and you’d get a client ID that would work with their API so essentially I guess you might have to request access. I’ll try this app out and let you know! Feel free to close ticket, thank you sir!!

ok so same as strava. Let's leave this one open and when I will have time in the summer, I will try to add it. Thanks.

RunGap definitely meets the criteria on everything I need. I have it setup to automatically upload any data it gets from Zwift (specifically cycling activities) and forward it to COROS. Only thing is $3.99 for three months or $10 for a year. I suppose this isn’t too bad until Zwift releases an update where it’ll forward all activities to COROS the way they have other companies such as Garmin setup.

i should adopt the same price policy for qz as well :) i guess qz offers "a bit more" than rungap :)

anyway i will check the API in the future

Roberto I’ve said it over and over to all of my friends, you really need to start charging a monthly price. Something as little as $3 (even more) would do you very well. I don’t see anyone complaining about any given price since they know how committed you are to this project. I’d like to see it change in the future, feels like I’m robbing you of your time.
