From email: Given the current COVID-19 outbreak response measures and RealID requirements, CHSI is heavily impacted by requests for birth certificates (e.g. abnormally high demand the potential for reducing staffing). I was prepping to share with our team if there will be changes made to the ca.gov page or suggestions that can help our page based on what I thought the presentation was going to cover.
