@humancenteredhuman I cleaned up the template on this. Can you hyperlink any other things that are missing in setting this baseline?

Thanks, Angie! We're waiting to touch base with a subject matter expert before we can move forward on this one. Have you heard back from any tax experts or someone from the FTB @abquirarte @KimberlyglennTSM?
