Tracking additional details requested from Iteris:

[ ] Data dictionary
[ ] Conceptual data flow diagram
[ ] Validating that our updated understanding of how the data flows matches Iteris' understanding

Iteris still onboarding as of 3/28, Ken will keep working with them to provide this information.

Iteris will need to take care of a couple other priorities first.

Per Ken, Iteris likely won't be able to provide this until September or later so outside of our project timeline.
