Quick fix: people missing the "additional hotlines" accordion. #239

We are getting feedback that people are missing the hotlines from the accordion. This has critical info. Could we add clarifying language of look at the design? Perhaps more accordions for each type as @artuoma suggested prior to release?

@artuoma I think it's time we make each sub-section an accordion. People are missing the numbers.
