Next steps:

  1. One glossary We need to align on one glossary. GGMB shared this one: https://gmmb.box.com/s/o2oqvgrtlxquhqkflroabex3ai5xqfw1 . AvantPage can share the one we started through the SF Digital Team.
  2. Align glossary with other translators/vendors: We need to share the glossary with the other vendors/partners also doing translations. I will follow-up on a separate thread looping in DSS/GoBiz/CDPH/OES on the glossary. Who else should be included in that thread?
  3. Formal/informal (Spanish): Most Spanish websites use a formal tone. This was done before the campaign kicked off. We agree it's OK if we keep formal for the website and use an informal for other digital/campaign assets as long as we are consistent with the glossary/terminology.
  4. Gender- a bit more work on this, but once agreed upon we can apply the gender changes to all the pages.
  5. Cost- Angie, Mary, and Kimberly will follow-up on budget once we align on 1-4.

I'm going to close this. @KimberlyglennTSM and @orielgomez- let me know if you heard anything else about the glossary.
